轻仿真系统在火电DCS一体化改造中的研究及应用

摘要:逻辑检查和验证是控制系统在投运前的必备工作,在只允许短暂停机的公用系统改造项目中没有足够的时间进行投运前的现场调试来进行逻辑检查和验证。而常规仿真系统由于其部署不灵活,很难在小型改造项目中使用。本文通过对以往改造工程实践的总结提出一种新的仿真系统应用,利用虚拟分散处理单元(DPU, Distributed Processing Unit)和通讯软件相结合的方式,联接可以快速建模的第三方软件,利用其快速建模、灵活部署、价格便宜的特点解决小型公用系统改造前进行逻辑检查和验证的难题,有效提高检查效率,为快速完成小型公用系统的升级改造创造条件。

Abstract: Logic inspection and verification are the necessary work of the control system before operation. There is not enough time for on-site debugging before operation to carry out logic inspection and verification in public system renovation projects that only allow temporary shutdown. The conventional simulation system is difficult to be used in small-scale reconstruction projects because of its inflexible deployment. In this paper,we present a new simulation system application based on the summary of the delivery reconstruction project practice. By using the communication software to connect Virtual DPU and the third-party software which can be quickly modeled. The problem of logic checking and verification before renovation of small public system is solved by using its characteristics of fast modeling,flexible deployment and low price. The checking efficiency is effectively improved to finish quickly. Create conditions for rapiddly upgrading and transformation of small-scale public DCS system.
