摘要:天然气站场供电厂流调系统具有下游机组负荷大、工况变化复杂、反应时间短等特点,传统监控模式在发生调节故障、阀门异动等情况时,无法及时预警与干预,容易导致机组甩负荷甚至跳机。通过对供电厂支路的流调系统模型研究,实现供气状态分析与及时预警,提高供气稳定性。

关键词:流调模型;数据挖掘;状态诊断;工况预警

Abstract: The flow regulation system of power supply plant in natural gas station has the features of high load of the downstream units, complex working conditions and short response time, etc.The traditional monitoring mode might contribute to unit load rejection when occurring regulating fault and valve unusual action,due to its failing to pre-warn and intervene in time. By investigating the flow regulation system model of the branch road of power plant, the analysis of air supply's condition and pre-warn are realized, which makes the stability of air supply raised.
