新型碳素材料绿色制造关键工艺智能控制系统集成与应用

摘要:《中国制造2025》对新兴产业和传统产业转型升级提出了明确要求,国家有色金属发展规划(2016-2020)明确支持发展超大型铝电解智能技术、铝电解技术升级及低排技术。在国家大力支持行业的发展规划纲领下,为实现达到环保治理国家的超低排放要求,信发集团实现了国内碳素行业首个智能制造新模式应用,使传统生产工艺与人工智能相结合,以模块化、数字化、自动化和智能化为手段,以计算机网络技术、工业云技术、大数据分析技术、信息安全技术为依托,搭建成了一套生产管控一体化系统平台。最终打造少人值守、经济运行、高效管理、本质安全、环境友好的超大型炭素新材料全流程的绿色智能工厂新模式。经过努力,该项目系统产能、产品单重达到了国内国际的领先水平。本文以此项目为例,结合实践及重要的项目整体管理,阐述项目的智能控制系统的整体实施过程和管理。

Abstract: "Made in China 2025" puts forward clear requirements for the transformation and upgrading of emerging industries and traditional industries. The National Development Plan for Non-ferrous Metals (2016-2020) clearly supports the development of ultra-large electrolytic aluminum technology, the promotion of electrolytic aluminum technology and low-pollution technology. Under the industry development plan, in order to strive for environmental protection and meet the country's ultra-low emission requirements, Xinfa Group has created the first new intelligent manufacturing model in the domestic carbon industry, combining traditional production technology with artificial intelligence. With the help of computer network technology, industrial cloud technology, large data analysis technology and information security technology, the integrated system of production, management and control is built. Finally,it will create model of green smart factory with large-scale carbon materials and new materials that are less people on duty, economic operation, efficient management, intrinsic safety and environment-friendly. After hard work, the project's capacity and product weight of the project have reached the international leading level. Taking this project as an example,this paper combines practice and important projectmanagement experience to clarify the implementation and management process of intelligent controlsystem.
