一种多样性驱动系统逻辑功能测试方法的研究

摘要:逻辑功能测试属于核电站DCS系统测试活动的一个重要环节,现有的逻辑功能测试方法更多地是通过测试装置或信号发生器模拟现场传感器信号,使用维护工具人工验证输出结果是否符合预期。现有方法测试周期长、自动化程度低、测试效率低、人因失误率高。本文研究了一种多样性驱动系统(简称“KDS”)逻辑功能的测试方法,通过因果图法设计标准化测试用例,使用定期试验自动测试工具执行逻辑功能测试用例并已成功应用于实际工程项目。结合多个工程项目逻辑功能测试的实际应用经验,证明逻辑功能自动化测试方法不仅提高了测试效率,同时降低了人因失误率,对后续核电项目工程测试应用具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract: Logic function test is an important part of the test activities of DCS system in nuclear power plants. The existing logic function test methods tend to simulate the field sensor signals through test devices or signal generators, where maintenance tools are used to manually verify whether the output results are in line with expectations. Existing methods have the problems of long test cycle, low degree of automation, low test efficiency and high rate of human error.In this paper, a test method of logic function of diverse actuation system (" KDS "for short) is studied. Standardized test cases are designed by means of causal diagram method, and logical functional test cases are executed by means of automatic test tools, which have been successfully applied to practical projects.Combined with the practical application experience of logic function test in several engineering projects, it can be proved that the method of logic function automatic test not only improves the test efficiency, but also reduces the error rate of human factors.
